Once the retiree has selected their gift, their agency primary member will obtain proper signatures from the director and submit to the CWF Fund Manager. Once approved, they will be notified via email to pick up the gift.

1. SES LETTER - Civilian retirees will also receive a Letter of Appreciation from Fort Lee's top civilian, Mr. John Hall, Deputy to the Commanding General, Combined Arms Support Command and Fort Lee.
2. FLAG FLOWN OVER THE CAPITOL - For all civilians retiring with 40+ years of CIVILIAN service, CWF will provide them with a flag flown over our nations capitol. These request should be submitted 60 days prior to retirement whenever possible due to the lengthly timeframe needed for this special request.
